1285. Battles - Mirrored

Music is so disposable and accessible I am often just looking for a reason to buy an LP or even a CD, a format that I still believe in. While waiting for Interpol to go on the dj, or ipod, played a track by these guys. Th one thing I truly miss about the club is listening to music really loud. A track from this CD came on and I was floored by how rhythmic, eccentric and loud it was. Sadly the disc often finds itself trapped in the same pattern, but when it manages to break free it's pretty exciting.
