I grew up on arthur prysock's 'Here's to Good Friends' which was a great loungy funky early 80s cheese fest - this disc is the more classic arthur singing standby's like 'Show Me How To Mambo' and 'Autumn In New York', unfortunately the performances are too sterile for my taste, I prefer arthur after a good scotch... this is iced-tea.

If I had to draw parallels I would say Titas was Talking Heads, Paralamas was The Police and Legiao REM. This greatest hits is pretty great - if I did not have my policy of not giving a 9 for compilations then thi swould easily have gotten such ranking. From the early 80s to the early 90s it's all here.
