1165. Howlin' Rain - Magnificent Fiend

I got this because it features a member from Comets on Fire and I was craving some serious rock. The problem with the disc is that it's just good - and good doesn't cut it anymore, if this had been released in 1974 it would be great, but for the progress that has been made in the genre this should have delivered more.
