1081. Sly & The Family Stone - Fresh

The cover of Fresh has Sly jumping up in the air in a free martial arts/joy for life kick. The music inside though is pretty mellow, laid back, cool funk. It does come across as very off the cuff though, adding a fresh flow to the entire sound.
