545. Chad Vangaalen - infiniheart

Like any great recording you're pretty much sucked in immediately by this album. Chad's crackley voice is familiar and layered making it both easy and interesting to follow - it also hovers perfectly, and delicatley, along/above his hand picked arrangements. Released by Sub-Pop last year, Chad had actually recorded this himself a while back and released it independently a couple of years back. Great, great stuff. If anything, the album runs a tad too long, but I won't hold that against him.
