'Washing Machine' is a much looser, relaxed album, where noise and melody meander through spoken and sometimes poorly sung words. The result is great, a summer Sunday afternoon, where 1 all of a sudden becomes 7 and you're slightly depressed about Monday. 'Becuz', 'Little Trouble Girl' are classic tracks and 'The Diamond sea' is an epic 20 minute musical kiss off. Very close to being a great, great album. Funny how the beginning of 'Unwind' sounds like Modest Mouse's 'Blame it on the Tetons'.
